“Pela ordem assinada fica aprovado o projeto de acordo entre o governo da Rússia e o do Brasil sobre a criação e os detalhes de funcionamento de centros culturais. O Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros da Rússia foi incumbido de realizar as negociações com a parte brasileira e chegar a um acordo em nome do governo russo”, lê-se no site do governo.
A ideia é, por meio dos centros, expandir as bases legais na esfera cultural, humanitária e educacional entre os países.
